Important Update: Market Statistics Access

Earlier this summer, Bright shared that SmartCharts, the tool used by Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® for all market statistical data and reporting, would be discontinued by its parent company, Zillow, at the end of 2026.

Due to unexpected security concerns identified by Zillow, they have expedited their timeline.
This accelerated timeline was not expected, and access to the market statistics charts previously available through TCSR has been temporarily discontinued, effective immediately. Local Market Insight Reports available for PDF download are still available.

What does this mean for you?

Monthly market reporting will continue without interruption. Bright is accelerating the rollout of Bright Stats, its new, fully native market reporting tool, which is expected to launch this fall.
Bright Stats will offer localized market data, including ZIP-code-level insights, directly through your Bright MLS Workspace at no additional cost.
