Affiliate members are afforded opportunities for value-added publicity amongst the membership, including:

• Listing in our Membership Roster that is available to members upon request.
• Listing in our Affiliate Directory that is distributed to all members during New Member Orientation.
• Posted on the website in a special section that can be searched by industry type, with a link to the company website.
• In consideration for instructor opportunities for seminars and accredited courses.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Affiliate members who want to gain additional exposure and demonstrate their support for the organization and its REALTOR^® members can choose to sponsor additional events, courses, free seminars.
Sponsorship includes the following:

• • A brief speaking opportunity (5 minutes),
  • A vendor table at registration (if held in-person),
  • A roster of attendees (includes email addresses),

Important details:

• • Sponsorship opportunities are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis by (1) responding to an email expressing interest and (2) signing a Sponsorship Agreement via DocuSign.
  • Sponsorship opportunities are sent out during the last week of the month for the following month’s opportunities.

Insights & Engagement Opportunities

Affiliates are given opportunities to be spot lit in the Associations’ weekly newsletter – Tri-County Today – that is distributed to 8,000+ members (including Affiliates) every Wednesday at 7 am.

This dedicated space allows you to provide valuable industry knowledge, tips, and trends that matter to our members—without sales or promotions.

Additionally, Tri-County may call upon Affiliates to contribute to our educational programming by hosting free seminars or courses.

Please note that any advertising is at the sole discretion of the Association & is not published on a weekly basis. Tri-County does not sell ad space in Tri-County Today.

Mailing List

• Purchase mailing lists of REALTOR^® members at a 50% membership discount.
  • Mailing lists will provide members’ names, brokerage affiliation, and office address only.
    Mailing lists DO NOT include email addresses.

Access to Bright MLS is solely for REALTORS^® and appraisers – this is NOT a benefit to Affiliate membership.
